Baby Keepsake Box I purchased this keepsake box from .com When i collected it from my local store it was damaged in several different places, the spine was coming unstuck and the frame round the drawers was broken in places. I ordered another one for next day delivery, this one was slightly better but still not acceptable. The lady on customer services at the collection point(Liz) really put herself out to get me another one in from another store, even asking the store to check it was not damaged. Although this one was not perfect it was acceptable. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Liz at Swindon and the lady at Newbury(Shirley) i think her name is and the person who works or lives in Swindon for getting this item to me as i was running out of time as i needed this product for the weekend for a Christening. Overall the product is good that's why i have rated it 4 stars, but the staff at both branches i rate 5 stars EXCELLENT. Thank you again for excellent customer service. 29 September 2012

Good gift idea I bought this as a gift. Thought it was a lovely idea especially the different little drawers. Was disappointed with the quality though - arrived a bit bashed on the edges and covering on a couple of the drawers was crinkled. Bought online and needed by a particular date - otherwise would have returned if there was a John Lewis nearby. 30 August 2012
