Paint quality faulty We bought 6 oak and white chairs to go with the Mira dining table. They are a good match for the table as both have rounded legs and are a similar shade of oak. The chairs are solid and well designed. They are comfortable to sit on and heavy enough that the kids can't swing on them or tip off them. Unfortunately though the paint on one seat arrived covered in hair line cracks and another had a chip in it. JL were very good about exchanging these chairs but even in the two new ones another chip has appeared and the four original chairs have now started to show hairline cracks and have chipped easily too. Regretfully we are returning them. They are great chairs aside from this issue, so hopefully it's an isolated case. 01 June 2013

Stylish and solid Really pleased with these chairs, surprisingly very comfortable even without seat pads, but will get some. Upper back rest good too, looks great with Lily table. Going to get a couple more chairs. 23 February 2013

Great match Loved these chairs and they are surprisingly comfortable and supportive with the wooden back. They look great on my wooden floors and the colours blends perfectly.Although they are quite expensive i dont believe they will date quickly. very happy 02 January 2013

Excellent purchase We bought six of these chairs - 3 white and 3 grey to compliment our new oak table. They look brilliant with a retro edge. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they are and after sitting on them for about 3 hours our friends agreed. So really pleased with our purchase. 17 December 2012

Reasonably comfortable Bought these to go with the STRIDE table. Quite comfy when you sit in them but personally I found when using them at the table because you move forward and back as you are eating, the back support digs in. Sat still in one position they are quite ok. My husband disagrees and finds them very comfortable - he is taller and slightly more padded than I am. The colour of the wood matches with the STRIDE table wood, the style of the chair lends itself to a kitchen setting more than a dining room in my opinion. 27 October 2012
