Very pleased - fits just right Having read some of the reviews I wondered whether the table would be tricky to assemble. As the bolt slots are recessed I found it helpful to assemble the table and chairs upside down on another table. No kneeling on the floor! I also found the Allen Key for the table a really useful tool allowing tightening the bolts at an angle. A second pair of hands is really helpful to hold the table sides and the shelf in place while the bolts are inserted. The furniture is nicely finished and fits where we wanted it just right. As this is flat pack furniture there is quite a bit of polystyrene packing and the boxes to dispose of. The furniture was packed to perfection. I found the way the furniture was packed very impressive and precise. The furniture arrived with all the necessary parts complete and undamaged. Well done... 22 May 2013

Impreesive The table and stools are excellent. However, I found that putting it together was quite a long job due to the access in tightening bolts under the table top. This aside, the completed article was very pleasing and worth the effort 17 January 2013

John Lewis Mission Table Set I ordered this set as I love rubber wood because it is eco friendly and looks stunning. The set was easy to put together, however, the stickers which have been put on to label the parts have left a residue which can not be removed. As a person who suffers from OCD, I notice the marks even though they are on parts of the furniture that are not on the top surfaces. I was very disappointed with this and even after a lot of wiping, the sticker residue still remains. 07 January 2013
