Q & As

John Lewis Salisbury Multi-Aperture Frame, Silver 3.6 5 7 7
Lovely Frame Good quality frame and mount for price. Ideal for showing off the Grand Children. Need a small bit of tape to secure pic's to rear of mount to stop photos moving. 29 October 2013
Lovely! I bought this as a Christmas present for my parents. They loved it! Great colour which fitted with their scheme & good size photos. They are planning on buying another one and possibly similar. Thanks, John Lewis! 13 January 2013
Lovely frame but tricky to get the back refitted This is a lovely photo frame with a nice silver finish that is subtle and good quality looking. The option to hang the frame portrait or landscape is also really welcome. My major grumble however is that once you have taped your photos into place on the back of the mount, trying to refit the wooden back is extremely difficult due to its very snug fit which then catches all of the clips and flattens them into position underneath the wooden backing rather than on top of it. Several broken finger nails later, we eventually got the clips in the right place and the end product is super but these catches or the size of the backing board perhaps needs to be re-thought. 11 February 2012
4 out of 5 Nice simple, classy looking frame, but not the most sturdy. 25 January 2012
Good quality Nice looking photo frame,. Used it for wedding pictures and it looks really nice. 16 January 2012
Good example compared to others on the market I found that many of the other multi-aperture frames available on the market were either much bigger or smaller. This was a good size with a classic look. The silver was not too brash. Some stickers or means of holding the photos in place would have been a good idea to have included with the frame as I had to resort to tape to hold the photos in place, as they moved after inserting and holding upright. In addition, it would have been good to have some marker on the back of the board that showed where you had to position the photo to be straight and square in the aperture. This would have helped get all of the photos even. Overall, I was pleased with the frame and the impact. 05 January 2012
Hard to insert photos The frame is good to look at, but because the glass and mounting board were cut slightly too large, and the aluminium frame is not flexible, it was really very difficult to fit them back into the frame. I would have sent it back, but by then all the hard work was done and my nails were already ruined ! 05 October 2011
