Q & As

John Lewis Satin Anodised Fluted Pie Dish, 23cm 3.8 5 4 4
Fluted pie dish I have looked for a similar type of dish for some time now and was delighted to find it in John Lewis. It is exactly what I wanted. 14 May 2014
No more soggy bottoms Since using this tin my pies have always come out perfect. 17 December 2013
Excellent value for money This is a great pan to make pies with a bottom crust - this is aluminum, so don't use this pan to make pie with a pastry top only, use a glass or ceramic dish for that. It is of good weight and easy to look after. 11 December 2011
Stains easily I disagree strongly with the description "easy to clean". After its first use, a cheese and onion pie which wasn't overcooked, the dish has been soaking for two days and still hasn't come up clean. I wish I'd invested in a ceramic pan instead. 25 September 2011
