Fantastic and (hopefully) environmentally friendly option I was really pleased with this product. I dislike non-stick bakeware, so chose the anodised aluminium as an alternative. So far it has worked really well and is easy to clean and care for. In the future, the tin will be easily recyclable. I ordered it online and was also very happy with the use of recyclable packaging. 05 March 2013
