Just what my daughter wanted She wanted a straight but not tight short school skirt and that was becoming hard to find. Luckily found in John Lewis! 18 September 2012

Pencil Skirt I was very pleased with this skirt the quality is good and the fit was perfect. The skirt was for my granddaughter and was delivered very quickly and efficiently. The fit of the skirt was good for age 12 and was also attractive to the eye ,my granddaughter said it was cool. .The minimum length was also very good compared to other skirts on sale in other shops. The range of schoolwear on sale at John Lewis was very good and the sizes when quoted were accurate in all respects 06 September 2012

Poor quality zip When the skirt arrived it needed ironed as the pleat detail on the front of the skirt was crushed. My biggest disappointment with this skirt was the Zip - it felt very flimsy and it kept sticking. Fourth time on and the zip broke - I had to force the zip apart in order to get it off. 20 August 2012

A real winner! My 13 year old daughter, loves this skirt. It is stylish and comfortable. Ideal length (sits just above the knee) I ordered a size 13, and it fits well, but unfortunutely not much growing room, , so I will be ordering a size (age)14 for the spring term. 09 December 2011

Smart School skirt A lovely skirt that washes and irons really well. A bit longer than the' very 'short options that are available elsewhere. The zip ia not the best though and tends to stick. 24 November 2011

Excellent quality school skirt My daughter is very pleased with this school skirt as its comfy, looks nice and is a little different to the normal skirts. As a mum I am pleased as it washes well, fits nicely and has kept its shape plus no arguing over length which must be a bonus!. 23 November 2011
