fish poacher It wasn't big enough to put the salmon in whole, so we chopped it's head off. Otherwise perfect. It looks lovely and is kept out in the kitchen. It arrived quickly too. Very pleased 06 January 2012

Essential for cooking whole fish easily. The phrase 'it does what it says on the tin' comes to mind - it's a fish poacher and it does just that, very well, much better than cooking a whole fish in foil and having half the fish stuck to the foil at the end of the cooking process. 07 July 2011
