This four-sided grater has a sturdy non-slip base and easy-grip handle. It's dishwasher safe for easy and efficient cleaning, although hand-washing is recommended.

Each of the four sides is designed for different kitchen tasks:

  • Large holes - shredding cheese or vegetables. Also ideal for cold butter - shred it to more easily incorporate into a bake.
  • Small holes - shred cheese into finer strips, or break down a vegetable into thinner pieces than the large holes.
  • Small spiked holes - finely grate cheese, grate nutmeg or zest citrus fruits. Try using this for your parmesan on top of pasta for cheese that will melt better than shredded cheese.
  • Slicer - slice raw vegetables to a consistent thickness, perfect for a ratatouille.
