The John Lewis TR3 Plus treadmill is a great value machine offering multiple program options to give you the workout you desire. The console has 2 orange back lit LED data windows, as well as additional information window for easy navigation. Running with music can inspire you to run for longer, so there is an integrated speaker with in/out jacks so you can plug in your MP3 player and run to the beat.

Running outdoors can damage your joints due to the constant pounding sensation. This John Lewis treadmill has a variable gel cushioning system to diminish the impact that running has on you.

This treadmill is compatible with non-coded Polar heart rate belts, allowing you to monitor your heart rate as you workout.

TR3 Plus Treadmill This machine was bought for us as a present. We are enjoying using it, but found that it was something of a chore to put it together at our age! We are both in our seventies. I think it would be a good idea if John Lewis could offer an assembly service as an optional extra. 14 January 2013

Great value Could have spent more and got less from other manufacturors 02 January 2013

Good solid workhorse I bought this to get me through the winter without having to brave the cold. Setting it up was easier than I expected as I was on my own. Anyway plugged it in and away it went. I have had it a week now and it is performing well on all programmes. Surprisingly it is not too noisy to hear the tv making the time pass easily. A good buy. 23 December 2012

Good quality kit I was a bit apprehensive about putting the treadmill together but in fact it was straightforward and pretty quick - good instructions helped. I have had to adjust the band once I got using it, but that too is straightforward and all the relevant tools are included in the pack so it's really no problem. The machine is pretty quiet (relatively) and the running surface is good too. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who is a fair weather runner like I am. :-) 09 October 2012

Good value I bought this as a birthday present for my husband , but it has been used by 3 other members of the family too so far. It was a chore to put up and took about 2 hours in all. One bit of the trim under the hand holds we just had to leave off in the end as it was so difficult to click into place. However, despite this, it has been running well and been very well used since it arrived. We are all feeling fitter as a result! The display is easy to understand. 06 September 2012

Great Quality This treadmill is excellent, it is wider and longer than similar models of popular brands. Easy to set up, instructions are quite easy to follow, a lot easier with two people during assembly.
