Joie Mimzy Highchair, Multi
The main problem with this high chair is that it easily moves. When trying to put a reluctant child into it it is dangerous. I have had to catch my daughter a few times now. I have to remember to put a foot behind the front bar to stop it from moving when I am fastening my daughter into it. If it was possible to slide her in when the tray was insitu it would be less dangerous, as it is you have to hold onto your child whilst fastening the 5 point harness and use your foot to make sure the chair doesn't move!
I agree with the other comments regarding the cover discolouration too.
Overall disappointed John Lewis are selling this product.

not as it seems!
I bought this highchair for one of my twin grandsons, the other was a mamas and papas prima papa. We loved the design, the colours and the family dog is called ned!!! unfortunately after under 4 months use the paterned chair cover has faded and turned a yukky pink all over. It has been cleaned using non bleach or harsh chemicals in the same way of the other mamas and papas chair and that is fine. I have emailed customer sevices and await their response. disapointing product to say the least.

Great chair, padded seat not robust enough
Great padding on the chair, love the designs, great versatility functions such as height of chair, angle and table. it's lightweight enough to be portable around the house easily. My 2 faults with this chair are that the straps are not easy to remove for washing. Each time I have to pry them out with a sharp knife which is not easy either. Additionally I have been using the chair for 8 months and now the padded seat is starting to smell despite a rigorous cleaning regime. Despite using bleach and alllowing to dry thoroughly it is now starting to smell of the milk dripped onto it by my son now he's eating cereal.. it seems to have penetrated the seams ?!

Easy to use, clean and transport!
Easy to set up, adjustable (back / forward and up / down) and foldable. Recommend.

Tray too high
This highchair is lovely, sturdy and adjustable with a pretty patterned seat. However, the tray is too high for my baby (she is six months old and just about to start weaning). It is a real shame the tray height isn't adjustable as the is the only negative point, but because of this I felt I had to return it. John Lewis were fantastic regarding the return and arranged for a courier to collect it within two days, free of charge. Excellent service, but unfortunately not the best highchair for my little one.

Having put up with several poor highchairs for my first 2 daughters, I spent ages researching a replacement for my third. I'm pleased to say that this was a great choice. My 6 month old is very well supported and happy in the chair and the adjustable height positions mean I can sit on the sofa to feed her, push her right up to the table as there are no arms where the tray attaches to get in the way, as is the case with most highchairs, or adjust the height to suit the chair I'm sitting on to feed her. It's very easy to wipe clean, and best of all it folds up really small for a proper highchair. My 3.5 year old has also tried it out and still fits quite comfortably! It looks good too, nice colours that blend in with our decor. Only slight criticisms are that you do have to bend over slightly when standing up to feed little one as it's a couple of cms too low, and that the straps are quite tricky to push through the back of the chair if you take them off to machine wash. Overall a great, practical, comfortable and good looking chair. Buy it!

Can't fault it!
Brilliant high chair, bought it for my 5 month old. He loves sitting in it and seems very comfy. The recline is handy when starting out with weaning and the adjustable height means he can sit with us at the table when we eat. The removable cover has been very useful and has had to be removed a few times as we have got so messy eating. It was very easy to wipe clean and reattach. I can't fault this high chair.
