Q & As

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 42 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value for money I purchased this toaster for its good value for money and I have not been disappointed. It's easy to empty crumbs and wipe clean. 17 February 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Toaster I really like this toaster, it gives me evenly toasted, golden brown toast. It doesn't have loads of frills and gimmicks, but it has a feature that means you can raise the toast up to look at it without cancelling the cooking, which I find useful. 17 February 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by brill Great for large slices which can be put in on side. The preview without cancelling is now a must have feature 13 February 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent A very efficient toaster with the ability to lift the bread without turning off, really useful to check on the level of toastiness. Good looking too. 03 February 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Slim yet capacious This is a really useful toaster - inexpensive too. It's useful as it will toast four slices of bread at the same time but without the need for four separate slots - so it's simpler somehow to put them all in together. Plus, it takes six crumpets at the same time. AND it's so slim, it takes up less room (depth) on the worktop! ☺️ 27 January 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Simple, very effective and useful. I wanted a toaster which managed various sizes of slice, gave a good even toasting, and was simple to use. This model performs very well, and as a bonus allows you to inspect the toast as it cooks, without switching off or disturbing the process. Very good value for money. 19 November 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good design Have had this toaster for just over a year and it's been working fine, doing everything expected. The sound it makes when cancelling the programme, which still works OK, makes me think that's the bit which will fail first. The long and thin design is a refreshing change from most of the bulkier alternatives available on the market. 19 October 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Failed after 13 months We liked this toaster - good functions and toast - but it failed just after the warranty expired. When pushing down the lever, the mechanism wouldn't latch. There's no sign of crumbs shorting out the element (as I've seen before on other toasters); and if the lever is held down, the elements get warm (though don't glow hot). I guess there's a failure of the latching solenoid. Disappointed. 15 October 2014
