This versatile 3-ply Le Creuset roaster is ideal for roasting, baking, poaching and bain-marie cooking and for higher heat roasting and searing of meat and vegetables.

The mirror polished interior aids cleaning and heavy construction provides excellent heat retention.

The upright stainless steel riveted handles aid easier lifting and more space efficiency means that despite its generous 35 x 25cm size it fits in standard domestic ovens

A core of aluminium is sandwiched between 2 layers of premium grade stainless steel cleverly combining the cooking benefits of both materials. The aluminium stretches from base to rim, meaning heat spreads evenly and gently throughout the entire pan - not just the base.

Suitable for all types of hob, including induction, the pans are also oven safe to 220°C/Gas Mark 7 and are dishwasher safe. Covered by a Lifetime Guarantee.

Brilliant product I never thought that I would pay this amount of money for a roasting pan but it is worth every penny. It is sturdy (not heavy), is easy to lift in and out of the oven and is excellent for making gravy on the hob (which means one less pan). It also comes out sparkling clean from the dishwasher. The click and collect service from John Lewis is excellent as always. 14 January 2013

Fantastic I have had a few roasting pans over the years but this one is the business. Initially I had a few reservations about spending this amount, afterall it is only a roasting pan but I am really glad that I went ahead and bought it. It is such good quality I cannot imagine having to buy another. For searing, roasting and making graving it is so good. The handles are easy to grip when wearing oven gloves and the curved edge is ideal for pouring. So, Sunday roasters out there buy this pan or even better find someone who will buy it for you. 19 July 2012

Very good pan This is an excellent roasting pan. Being three-ply the heat distribution is good and heat retention is surprisingly good. Nice and deep. We can cook our duck on the three-ply rack and there is plenty of space for roast veg. I guess this is the modern equivalent of the copper cookware heat transfer wise. As an unforeseen bonus, our cat has taken over the empty box as one of her favorite sleeping places. 21 December 2011

Fantastic As with all Le Creuset items, you really get your money's worth. It's the kind of item you will still have in years to come, and it will perform - and look - as good as ever. So handy to have around, the only thing I would say is be careful when handling it hot - it really does heat to an incredibly high temperature and the handles are at a slightly different angle to those on other roasting tins that I've used before, so it can be easy to burn yourself. You need some strong oven gloves too to keep the heat away! But that all said, it cooks beautifully. 21 July 2011
