This must have been new to the market when we first bought it. We read the reviews at the time and it sounded great. We have had this for 18months - 2 years now - at first it did seem great - how clever, it includes hangers etc and bits of pegs for socks , we thought....
BUT it just cant take the weight of even half a load of washing. We are a family of 4 and need to use it every day.
The load bearing points which hold the structure up are made of plastic - so over time they distort out of shape and bend and then eventually just snap. The whole structure bends in on itself until it is fairly useless.
We are really disappointed with it and wont be buying another one.

I am very pleased with this airer. It doesn't take much space and it is easy to use. It looks quiet strong and i haven't had any problem with it since I bought it about one month ago. You can put lots of clothes on it. It is a bit expensive but I think it worths it.

This Airier didn't last and I was disappointed with the quality from John Lewis. The mechanism to hold each layer broke and the bars didn't hold heavy laundry

Please don't consider this dryer. It looks good but is poorly made. The frame distorts after not too much time and the top tray will no longer catch on the pin to stay in place. Every time you try to put an item on the top tray, the tray comes loose and tips over. I am hugely disappointed that what appears to be such a premium product is just so poorly made. Buy something cheaper and more reliable. .

I received this clothes dryer as a gift just over two years ago and I'm pleased to say it's still going strong. I live in a flat and have no tumble dryer or garden so I have to use my clothes dryer regularly. It is lightweight and easy to fold away. I can fit a whole load of washing on it and it is taller than most dryers so it is ideal for hanging long trousers/jeans or large sheets/towels.

Excellent airer when you use it for the first few months, then eventually the tiers keep falling down. I have held mine together with plastic ties to secure.

Previously I’d bought airers when they were on offer in supermarkets, consequently they were always rickerty and unstable. It was definitely time to upgrade.
This airer is great – really solid and tons of drying space. It comes with two sock clips, 5 hangers for shirts, a peg bag and an amazing net mesh that you clip to a rack so you can, actually, dry your jumpers flat. You can move the airer between rooms when you need to without the whole thing disintergrating and half your clothes falling off.

This product was expensive and has never really worked properly. It constantly falls apart when you try to put clothes on it to dry (which is its primary purpose). I am about to replace it.
