The Life Fitness C3 Lifecycle is a top quality, home exercise bike that will help you maintain an effective fitness regime. It's fitted with a Track workout console, which is easy to use and features 18 workout programs as well as the option of downloading unlimited programs online. No need for cords or outlets, as this exercise bike is self-powered.
The Track console comes equipped with an energy-saving mode, allowing you to dramatically lower your energy consumption when the machine is turned on but not in use.
With contact heart rate hand sensors as well as the option of wireless telemetry for use with a heart rate belt, this bike enables you to closely monitor your heart rate while you work up a sweat. It also has ergonomically designed racing style handlebars for when you want to give it your all. Besides being exceptionally quiet, the C3 has an electromagnetic resistance system with 20 quick level changes.
The frame of the bike is made from durable, heavy-duty welded steel and it has a standard upright seat with deluxe cushioning and upholstery. There's a front-mounted accessory tray for placing your watch, iPod or bottle of water in. The machine is compatible with iPods and iPhones, so you can plug your device in to charge and listen to your favourite music as you train.
Life Fitness' Track console gives you the ability to create up to 4 customised user profiles. This allows each user to set up their workout quickly, store individual workout statistics and save 3 custom workouts each.
Connectivity with the LFConnect training app also means you can expand workout options, as you track progress online, access personalized workouts, and view a personalised display for an enhanced experience. Simply set up your sessions on LFConnect.com or on the app, connect via the QR code, and you're set to go.
The C3 also comes compatible with Zwift; a virtual reality cycling app equipped with hundreds of fictional and real world locations you can traverse. Whether you want to head out solo, join friends, or jump into a group workout with others from around the world in real time, your training needs are covered as you choose from a list of easy-to-follow programmes that are tailored to your fitness level to ensure your best season yet.
