Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait de parfum intensifies the power and radiance of the three breaths that compose the Eau de Parfum without betraying its original inspiration.

Born of the perfumer's mastery and time-tested wisdom, this Extrait de parfum is, for Francis Kurkdjian, a culmination.

Top notes of jasmine Grandiflorum from Egypt delicately accentuate the breath of expertise evoking both the skilful hand that picked the flower and the one that transformed it into an absolute.

The breath of fire is enhanced by the powdery, gourmand facets of bitter almond from Morocco, extracted as an essential oil using an ancestral process. Lastly, the breath of minerals built around ambergris softens on contact with a woody musk accord.

Maison Francis Kurkdjian was born in 2009 from the encounter between Francis Kurkdjian, a renowned perfumer with scores of successful creations to his name, and Marc Chaya, Co-founder and President of the fragrance house. Together, they fulfilled their desire for a sensual, generous and multi-facetted landscape of free expression, creating a new emblem of French know-how and lifestyle.
 
Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s unique personality is fostered by the creative power of a man who has a taste for precision. Francis Kurkdjian has been a leading perfumer since he started his career with Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male some 20 years ago. He has since created more than 40 iconic perfumes for world famous fashion houses and designers such as Armani, Burberry, Dior, Elie Saab, Lanvin, Narciso Rodriguez or Yves Saint Laurent. He also opened pathways to a new vision by pioneering in 2001 the segment of bespoke fragrances, lending his talent to major contemporary artists or creating gigantic olfactory installations in emblematic places such as Château de Versailles or Grand Palais in Paris.
