Method Stainless Steel Spray
Wouldn't recommend this product for the stainless-steel surrounds to ovens and microwaves.
The best is still plain Baby Oil on a piece of kitchen-roll as recommended by our Kitchen Installer. Baby Oil also works best on the stainless-steel upright and pedestal base of our breakfast-table.
Love ALL other Method products though.

This is brilliant, we have a Franke sink and the man in the shop recommended this cleaner. It is brilliant and far better that any other cleaner we have tried. My only downside is my local Waitrose no longer stocks so I have to order from John Lewis direct.

Hard work but worth it
This product requires a bit of elbow grease and you really only need a little squirt for a large area (e.g. whole draining board/hob). Put it on with one cloth and buff it up with a separate one, otherwise you do end up with streaks. It smells lovely and leaves the surface looking silky and clean if not actually shiny.

not as good as other method sprays
This is very average which is a surprise as I love most of the other method cleaners. It works no better than plain water & an e-cloth to be honest. I won't buy it again.

Waste of money!
This is the first time I have ever bought anything from John Lewis and been disappointed - this would be a NO star rating if I could submit it (poor was the lowest it would rate). So much so that I signed up just to write this review!
I had previously bought a Stainless Steel Cleaner from JL (in a silver bottle which left a slightly oily finish but was extremely effective) and I picked this up thinking that perhaps the bottle was redesigned. Not so! This is a totally different product. It is worse than useless, no amount of polishing will actually get any performance out of it and I was left with horrible streaks. Just to be sure that it wasn't me... I googled other reviews and apparently I am not alone. JL please reinstate the previous product (I wish I could remember the name) and stop selling this one!
