Meyer Infinite Circulon skillet.

Meyer Infinite Circulon features the Total® hard anodized food release system. This combines a unique "hi-low" (raised circles and grooves) base and a state of the art non-stick formula.

The hi-low interior groove system gives a high resistance to abrasion and requires little or no oil, allowing you to cook more healthily.

The fully encapsulated stainless steel and aluminium base makes for fast, even heat distribution and is suitable for use on all hob types inclusing induction.

With cast stainless steel handle. Oven safe up to Gas Mark 9 (475F). Lifetime guarantee.

Very Good Very stable on the cooker, no tipping backwards, so the food is evenly cooked. Nice to use because of its size and extremely good to be able to put in the oven to finish cooking meat etc. It has become the pan I use most. Really excellent product 06 November 2012

Meyer Infinite Circulon Skillet Basically and omlette pan to most mortals! but a great little pan worth the cost, got the 24" one last year and love it so picked up this two. worth the extra spend as i think it will last. And John Lewis has great service. if they sell what i'm looking for, i buy it from them, #providing the price is comparable# as if anything goes wrong they deal with it impeccably. 13 August 2012
