Product information

Designed with significant input from two-star Michelin chef Michel Roux Jr, this milkpan has a riveted, cast handle for excellent control and durability. Features two spouts, enabling ease of pouring, without having to awkwardly reposition the pan.

Features GreenPan's unique Thermolon coating. Made with minerals instead of plastics, it offers excellent heat distribution and incredible food release, even without cooking oil. The absence of PTFE from this non-stick surface not only means that no harmful chemicals are emitted into the environment if the pan is accidentally overheated, but also enables the products to be manufactured with 60% less CO2 emitted.

quite a disappointment Having read reviews on other site for the same pan I ordered with high expectations. After only 2 uses the coating has chipped at the top despite careful use. I heated some milk in it at it didn't boil but the bottom burnt. I can't recommend this pan. 24 March 2013
