What personalisation can I choose?
Bibs, robes and towels: You can include a name of up to 12 characters. Shoes: You can include either the name on both shoes, or a name on the left shoe and a date of birth on the right shoe. There is a 9 character limit per shoe.
Whose telephone number should I include with my order details?
Please include your telephone number, so My 1st Years can contact you directly, rather than the telephone number of your recipient.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 7 working days, 4 working days after the personalisation is confirmed.
How will my gift come packaged?
Your My 1st Years gift will come packaged in a luxury gift box, tied with a ribbon.Delivery
