After I place my order, how long will it take for someone to contact me?

A representative from My 1st Years will contact you within 24 hours if you place your order Monday-Friday. If you place your order over the weekend, they will contact you on the following Monday.

What personalisation can I choose?

Bibs, robes and towels: You can include a name of up to 12 characters. Shoes: You can include either the name on both shoes, or a name on the left shoe and a date of birth on the right shoe. There is a 9 character limit per shoe.

Whose telephone number should I include with my order details?

Please include your telephone number, so My 1st Years can contact you directly, rather than the telephone number of your recipient.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You should receive your order 3 working days after the personalisation is confirmed.

How will my gift come packaged?

Your My 1st Years gift will come packaged in a luxury gift box, tied with a ribbon.

Brilliant purchase Really pleased with these little boots. They came in a lovely presented box so would make a great gift. I bought them for my newborn son and they are too big at the moment, but can't wait to see him in them. The colour is nicer than on line too. Delightful shoes and impressive customer service I ordered these delightful little shoes as a christening gift.
