After I place my order, how long will it take for someone to contact me?

A representative from My 1st Years will contact you within 24 hours if you place your order Monday-Friday. If you place your order over the weekend, they will contact you on the following Monday.

What personalisation can I choose?

Bibs, robes and towels: You can include a name of up to 12 characters. Shoes: You can include either the name on both shoes, or a name on the left shoe and a date of birth on the right shoe. There is a 9 character limit per shoe.

Whose telephone number should I include with my order details?

Please include your telephone number, so My 1st Years can contact you directly, rather than the telephone number of your recipient.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You should receive your order 3 working days after the personalisation is confirmed.

How will my gift come packaged?

Your My 1st Years gift will come packaged in a luxury gift box, tied with a ribbon.

Very cute I have bought these along with the personalised bathrobe for our friends` baby`s 1st birthday. Timing was great, ordered on a Friday evening and the parcel arrived the following Friday (`sign for` delivery via Royal Mail). The presentation is excellent and it does look fab, however, I must give a rating of 4 stars simply because the colour is rather disappointing. The pink is a bit too light for my liking, certainly not the same colour as shown in the picture. 01 February 2013

Fantastic Gift From ordering online,to the arrival of these lovely little shoes,they were for a Christening present,they came in a lovely presentation box that did not need any wrapping at all.To have the babys name printed on the shoes,and the way that it was done,was and looked very proffessional.The baby's parents were very pleased with the shoes,and said that they were very differant to the norm.They also mentioned that when they are no longer in use,they will hang them up in the baby's room,as they have her name on. 14 September 2012
