WARNING! Despite there being no warning in any of Neff's promotional literature, including the technical brochures they provide JL, this product cannot be installed as per specification where door length > 720mm. Longer doors will not fully open. Neff's suggestion that JL should have been aware of this issue is woeful abdication of their responsibility. I've subsequently met others who've discovered this issue post purchase. Neff will fob you off making refernce to 'tall' dishwashers, though as you'll note from this or other retailers no distinction is made within the 'full size' dishwasher category. Don't be fooled into thinking this washer can be correctly installed within the dimensions indicated. It will fit but won't function as intended. 12 April 2013

Does what it's supposed to do! This replaced a Smeg dishwasher and the difference is remarkable. The Neff is well made, has a quality feel, very quiet and best of all washes the dishes thoroughly. The short cycle is good for all but heavily soiled items and the energy saving features are excellent. 10 January 2013

Dishwasher We thought we were purchasing a quality product but we've been very disappointed. The only really good thing we can say about it is that it is very quiet - you hardly know it's on. It's great if you are just washing sandwich plates and coffee cups etc but it really struggles with anything dirtier and things aren't dry either - sorry to be so negative. 13 November 2012

Essential kitchen appliance This dishwasher is as good as we thought it would be. Neff appliances are certainly first class. Everything comes out spotlessly clean. 16 August 2012

Design fault with door We've had this machine for just over a year and have had nothing but problems with it. Initially we were pleased with the machine which seemed much quieter than our old one. However, the wash cycle either never ends (thus costing us a fortune in water) or stops part way through and as a result, we can only have the machine on if we are at home and able to check the progress of the cycle and restart the machine. The engineers have been out at least half a dozen times and have explained that they have seem this problem a few times. There seems to be a design fault which means the door expands with the heat of the water which causes it to open slightly and cut out. We've had new clips on the door, new door, adjusted feet etc. and the problem has kept recurring. Eventually. we had enough and asked Neff to replace the machine. They agreed to do this, but insisted we have the same model, which we weren't keen on. Fortunately John Lewis has been more understanding and have allowed us to order a different make and brand. 16 August 2012
