Neff T23S36N0GB Gas Hob, Stainless Steel
I won't give this a bad review as mine couldn't be fitted.
However check height to extractor.
This requires 650 mm.

Great value for Money
Solidly built, with heavy cast iron pan supports that don't move around (unlike my last hob's). Easy to clean, and since I never needed the excessive heat of a wok burner, this configuration suits my cooking habits much better.

safe and easy to clean
It has a chunky look which goes well with our farmhouse-style kitchen. We had it for about a month and find it easy to clean and we are impressed with the safety device that turns the gas off when the flame goes out by any chance. Very pleased with the product.

This hob is gorgeous and looks great in my new work top. Very solid cast iron pan supports, easy to use and looks expensive. Great price and delivery. Would recommend highly. Plus has enough width and space for all my large pans at once.

just what I wanted
I have just had a new kitchen installed, and the Neff gas hob is now up and working. I have had Neff products for the past 23 years, and this one lives up to expectations. It is attractive and does just what I want..
The service from John Lewis was excellent, from ordering to delivery.

Makes cooking on gas a pleasure
The Neff series 2 four-burner built-in gas hob is made from professional pressed stainless steel. The Neff T23S36 features a unique black glass control fascia, which is fitted along the front of the hob, unlike older hobs that have the controls along the right hand side. The black glass controls fascia has been designed so that the variable power level marking won't wear away with time or cleaning. The Neff T23S36 is designed for both left and right-handed individuals, but also with safety in mind; so you won't have to reach over a pot or pan or a naked flame to access the controls. The unique oval shaped controls allows for simple one-handed operation, as they have been fitted with an integrated ignition.
The Neff T23S36 has two equal standard burners which are situated on the left hand side, delivering up-to 1.7 kWh these are your main burners. The economy burner has been positioned on the front right delivering up-to 1.0 kWh, which is ideal for boiling milk, or making jam over an extended period of time. The back right hand burner is your high-speed burner, designed to deliver up to 3.0 kWh, which is ideal for cooking rice or pasta.
Fitted with two professional cast iron pan supports, each pan support has been specially designed for the individual burners; providing 8 supports per burner, providing unparalleled support even for the smallest milk pan. The unique design also allows the flame to flow naturally rather then be obstructed by the cast iron pan supports; this utilizes the supply of gas.
A pressed stainless steel base has been designed to act as a reservoir, to help contain any spillages. The modern professional cast iron pan supports have been designed to support all sorts of pots or pans, anything from your milk pan to your stockpot. The Neff T23S36 is fitted with a Flame Safety Device, which is designed to cut-off the supply of gas should the flame be extinguished. Its intuitive design is tailored to suits your cooking pleasures.

Good product overall, service could be improved.
I ordered this product from John Lewis along with installation (as a part of offer). However there was no installation actually done by them, which I wish John lewis did offer. That ways I could have used the recycling service and would have sent my old hob with JL.
The product was delivered well in time but there was no communication from JL about progress/delivery of my order.
Anyway, the product itself is quite good. Like the newer Neff models, this model too requires user to press and hold the knob down for few seconds before it actually comes up. The process is a pain until you learn the trick and realise that it is for your own safety.
Some customers had left a review (elsewhere) that steel hobs are difficult to clean with a damp cloth as drying is longer process for steel surfaces. But I didn't find this as a problem with this hob (I used a cloth which was not too damp).
The overall quality of product is quite good and I would recommend this product.
