This solid oak dining table from Neptune features undercut tops and sturdy pedestal legs.The 120cm table seats 6-8 people and has 2 adjustable feet - great for accommodating multiple guests and dealing with uneven floors.

The design of Henley is derived from older, classically styled antiques, yet with a contemporary edge that makes it at once at home in almost any interior, whether a loft apartment or a country hideaway. Made from solid oak with a sophisticated natural timber look - something that stands apart from the modern mainstream.

Neptune started in 1996 when John Sims-Hilditch and Giles Redman got together to design a comfortable hammock for their garden. Just what we wanted After a long search for a dining table for our small-medium sized dining/living room, we hit on the Neptune Henley 150cm Oak Table and are delighted with it. It seats 8 (using John Lewis Claremont chairs) quite comfortably and the pedestal design means noone's knees clash with table legs. Beautifully made and finished. Altogether a great success. Self assembly fairly straightforward, despite defective instructions: (a) the contents were complete, but the list was not, with a number of parts not shown; (b) the assembly of the legs (bolts, nuts and method) was not properly illustrated. 15 August 2012

Lovely table I spent a long time looking for a round table, one which was elegant as well as practical for everyday use and most importantly a table which could seat 8. This table ticked all the boxes. The wood is slightly more grey than the picture gives away and whilst it does seat 8, it is a bit of a squeeze. Happily, it was very easy to assemble too. All in all a lovely piece of furniture. 23 May 2012
