Off The Wall Motion TV Stand for up to 55" TVs
NOT suitable for all TV's
Please be warned - this lovely, and yes it is lovely, TV stand IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL TV's. I bought the Sony Bravia 42" TV - and the fixings for the bars on the back of this particular TV are so low that you can see 6+" of back plate below it. Really unhappy - however, due to ingenius methods and some Heath Robinson techniques we got it to at least look reasonable. Must be said though, that even though we had unpacked and assembled the stand before we realised the problem John Lewis were more than happy to replace stand provided I could pack it up again!

Great looking and unobtrusive stand
Really nice and modern looking TV stand that was perfect for our 46" TV. Plenty of adjustment for TV height and angle and 2nd shelf is height adjustable also to fit whatever AV equipment you have. Perfect if you don't have an exact space to fit a square/rectangular stand in as both the stand and the TV can be rotated to fit any corner. The silver and glass combination also mean that it blends in discretely and does not dominate the room as some large stands can do.
Easy to assemble. The only fiddly point is the wiring which takes a bit of work to get sitting correctly in the stand. Once done it does a good job of hiding all the wiring but do think through in advance what wiring routes are best. The supplied plug adaptor is not great quality and the stick pads to attach it to the main stand useless - fell off quickly and had to resort to cable ties to keep in place.

Very impressive some things to be aware of
I bought this stand based on the looks and the comments from other reviews. Here is my review summary.
1. Excellent looks - made the room, with a much larger TV, seem more spacious.
2. Excellent at hiding the cables
3. Seems to cope well with a variety of TVs
4. 1 part was missing (1 of the two gaskets)
5. Similar to other reviewers the power plug falls off - please redesign. A couple of screws for it to slot into would suffice. It is not a problem as the back holds it in.
6. Tightening the bottom screw for the TV height can be fliddly if it lines up with the mounting bracket which mine did.
7. Twists 20 degress well (handy for viewing and getting around the back).
8. Looks very smart
4.9 out of 5 (I am a hard scorer)

Excellent TV stand
I have been looking for a stand for my 46 inch Samsung for some while now, but nothing hit the spot. I saw this one, showed it to my wife, she liked it too! Construction is excellent, very solid, and has a good try at hiding cables. However, some of the supplied fixings are dreadful. The mains block is meant to be attached using double sided sticky pads; mine lasted 5 minutes, with just the weight of its own mains cable. Some of the other sticky pads left their stickyness on the backing paper. But, that is my only gripe, the rest of the materials are fantastic.

Not overbearing in the room
This stand, albeit qiute expensive does not become part of the furniture, I find it virtually invisibe and does not intrude into the room, the choice of heights and colour (mine is silver) blends well. It is well made and you can hide a majority of wires within the caseing. Great product.

Steady as a rock!
This stand is expensive in comparison to what is available at Comet and suchlike. It is said that you only get what you pay for and this stand is built like a Rolls Royce car. I have not seen any stand built this well anywhere as it is rock steady with my 46" Samsung television aboard. Also it has a mounting bracket for a soundbar which is nigh on essential on a flat screen tv. The central column is designed to hide some of the many cables that are needed nowadays and is only partially successful in this goal. I would not recommend that you assemble this stand without someone to help as the components are not of light weight. The written instructions are easy to follow but gave me a worry when they said you had 4 of a certain type of screw but there were only 3. In fact only 3 screws of that sort were needed.

Stand and swivel
This TV stand supports your larger tv's with a swivel pillar that allows you optimum viewing froma range of angles. All the cabling is hidden inside the rear pillar which includes a 4-gang mains adaptor leaving only one mains lead to go to the wall.
