OPI Nails - Metallics 1 5 1 1

What happened to OPI quality?? I saw this and purchased it thinking it will be a nice clean nail polish for summer. Having applied a base coat, two coats of this and a topcoat as I normally do with OPI, this polish started chipping in less than 24 hours. It crumbles. Then I tried it straight on the nail without top and undercoat and it crumbled off within 1 hour. I googled around and found that it is a top coat for nail polish so i tried applying it to nail polish and same thing happened. However you turn it around, this polish is very bad quality. It doesn't do even the simplest of things such as stay on the nail for a day. I will be returning it for exchange. Shame as it is a very nice colour. 07 May 2012
