Q & As

Orchard Toys Baa Baa Game 5 5 1 1
'I love this game' My (not quite 3 year old) granddaughter said 'I love this game'. All you have to do is spin the spinner, and then, once it lands on a colour, try to find a lamb wearing that colour to put on your board. If you are lucky enough to have your spinner land on a sheep dog, you can choose any colour you want. First player to fill their board wins. It's great for the relevant age range - gives practice in colour recognition, taking turns, coping with losing. And, in a game playing family like ours, it must be wonderful for a small child to have a game they can play without having to partner up with an adult. One warning - It is profoundly boring for adults, but I guess that's a small price to play for enabling a child to have fun. 07 April 2014
