John Lewis Fitted Bathrooms

Easter offer - spend over £5000 on any fitted bathroom, including fitting charges, and we'll give you free underfloor heating products and fitting. Offer includes heating mats/wire, thermostats and 6mm board, but excludes sub-floor preparation such as ply and screed. Planning your bathroom


Once you’ve chosen the style of bathroom you like, one of our expert planners will visit your home. They’ll measure your bathroom space and create a design that suits your style, makes the best use of the available space, and works within your budget.
We’ll then produce an estimate that will include everything from the suite of furniture to fitting and accessories. You’ll also receive a plan of your design with colour elevations.

There’s a planning fee of £50, which will be deducted from the final balance of your order. Once you’ve accepted the estimate, we’ll send a qualified surveyor to your house to check the measurements, design and technical details, such as the heating system. When everything’s been checked and approved, we’ll confirm the expected delivery & installation dates.


Installing your bathroom


Getting your new bathroom fitted is exciting, but as with any building work it can also be disruptive. We want you to enjoy your new bathroom with the minimum of fuss and upheaval. Find out more about what to expect during the installation process.

Your installation will be carried out by approved professional contractors, with a dedicated team consisting of your Fitting Agent, Site Manager and Fitter. Your Fitter carry out all the work necessary, from removing your existing bathroom, to plumbing, wiring and tiling the new one. 

Your Fitting Agent will arrange for your bathroom equipment and materials to be delivered before installation commences. On the agreed date, your Site Manager will visit to check the delivery and inspect all those products, so that if anything is missing or damaged it can be reordered immediately to avoid delay. You'll also be introduced to your Fitter, so that you can agree practical arrangments with them such as arrival time.

Once your installastion begins, your Fitting Agent will call you regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly and to plan. Sometimes, extra work or requirements might only become clear once your existing suite and tiles have been removed.  Where this is the case, we’ll let you know what the cost of any necessary work will be before we carry it out.
