A textured runway prevents food from sticking, while a range of interchangeable blades including straight, wavy and Julienne, and slice thicknesses (1.5mm, 3mm, 4.5mm and 6mm) are available for truly versatile cooking. It can also be used as a spiraliser for courgetti and other vegetable spaghetti.
The blades can be removed easily for quick cleaning and the mandoline can be folded up for neat storage.
