Simple to use & excellent results Smaller than we expected, just how compact we hadn't fullt appreciated, but it is quieter and quicker than our last Panasonic microwave . The dial to set the time (clock and cooking time) is simple and quicker to use than the panel we had before. Great little machine so far and we'd thoroughly recommend it. Hope it lasts as long as its predecessor. 10 February 2013

This product excells in everyway This microwave is smaller, quicker and quiet than our previous microway. Very simple to use and if it is as reliable as our previous Panasonic microwave we will be delighted. 08 January 2013

This really is a best buy Having recently downsized to smaller house, I was looking for a compact microwave in white for our smaller kitchen. This one has replaced our panasonic combination oven after 7 years of continual use. Was purchased in early December and so far, has been a godsend. From baked potatoes to stews to heating soups, this is a first class oven at a reasonable price. Hope it lasts as long as the previous one. As usual, great service from John Lewis from ordering through to delivery. My new online shopping store. 27 December 2012

Just right!! I bought this as a present and as far as I understand the recipients are more than happy!! Initially I think they found it a little hard to understand but now they have no problems at all! One slight hiccup is that most food cooking instructions do not cover a 950w microwave oven so you have to work out your own cooking times but I gather its not really too difficult. It's a nice size, easy to clean and takes a full size dinner plate! Overall very pleased!! 18 December 2012

almost satisfied Although i really like this microwave,very very easy to use, with the dial which makes is better than the digital minutes, There are 2 drawbacks for me . One is the bulb which is very dull,which makes the interior look dark and you cant see your food, or where it needs cleaning. the other is the cable is very short and i had to connect the microwave to an extension lead which i didnt really want to have more uneccesary wires in the kitchen overall i have rated this product a 4 11 December 2012

Excellent This microwave was excellent value, we had brilliant service when we bought it at Westfield and had no problem picking up the purchase locally at our Norwich store. Now we are using it we even happier, it is simple to use, clean and cooks in no time at all. 06 November 2012

Takes up little space! I have enjoyed using this microwave so far. Only used it manually at the moment eg cooking porridge and jacket potatoes. The touch buttons are 'firm' to the touch which means you do not accidential press more minutes . The time dial which shows the minutes or seconds you set is very clear. Down graded from 5 stars to 4 stars because I wish the interior was white #easier to see food bits# instead of the dull grey which is less practical. Overall excellent value for money 11 October 2012

Great little micro Slightly more compact in size than some but easy to use, efficient and much quieter than any other I have used. I am very pleased. 17 September 2012
