The Peugeot patented system helps you select your desired grind. Twist to create your precise balance of flavour through six settings, from extra fine to very coarse. The salt and pepper have different, perfectly engineered, two-stage grinding mechanisms which first effortlessly shatter and then grind the salt crystals or peppercorns to the desired coarseness.

Ready to season, the mills come with sample spice sachets: Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam, which has warm woody tones, and Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne is a dry white salt that comes from Germany, and is perfect for everyday cooking. To refill simply click the lid, lift off and pour in through the large aperture your dry rock salt (maximum size smaller than 4mm) or your peppercorns (maximum size 6mm).
