Not fit for purpose
I bought one of these attractive looking brushes last week in store and after only three days using on non stick pans the bristles have flattened.

We wish we'd seen the reviews!
While shopping for a few bits at John Lewis at Home the other night, my husband and I saw the display of dish brushes and had to grab one, as we kept finding reasons why we'd needed one at home. This one stood out as the most attractive and so we picked one up. We used it on a couple wooden utensils that same night (no soap, only water) and then on two stainless pots and pans. When I walked into the kitchen the following morning, the scraper end of the brush had broken off and half the bristles were off! Nothing happened while it was being used the night before, seemed totally fine! I removed it from the sink area and left it until the weekend when we could take it back. Lo and behold, the second morning, the handle was broken off the brush also! We hadn't even touched it or used it! Will be exchanging for a different brush, especially considering the price!

Waste of money
I totally agree with previous reviews. Had the brush for 6 weeks before bristles started falling out, then it completely snapped in two. I have a dishwasher so it hasn't seen heavy usage.

Have had two of these in the last 6 months, both ended up looking rusty, lost bristles and then part of the plastic end snapped off. No heavy usage and never put in a dishwasher. Look nice and sturdy but poor quality and wouldn't waste my money again.

Not what I would expect from a John Lewis purchase and it was not a low price product. This brush has not had heavy usage as most things go into the dishwasher.
The ends of the bristles within the brush head have gone rusty and the brush doesn't look very nice through the see through plastic. One would not expect a washing up brush, which is designed to be used in water, to rust!
Not a thought through design as the parts that rust are visible.
Bring back the old shorter handled blue brushes that did the job well and stayed looking good.

Very disappointed with poor quality
This item was very poor quality, not what I would expect from a John Lewis product. This brush did not have heavy use as we also have a dishwasher, however within a few months some of the bristles started coming out. Then the end cap came off and finally after 6 months the head snapped off.
I will not be buying this brand again.

Brush shattered on first use
I purchased this brush from the Glasgow store and it completely fell apart on first use; the plastic head shattered and the bristles were all over the place. I live an hour from the store but fortunately Customer Support were happy to post me a replacement brush. Alternatively I could have had a refund. So I was happy with the John Lewis service, even though this product was very disappointing.

Not dishwasher safe
For such an expensive & quality looking brush, I'm hugely disappointed that it totally broke and fell apart in the dishwasher. Waste of money under the circumstances.
