Good fit & comfortable Purchased in black & nude on recommendation from daughter and was initially very pleased with them. However. after about a month's wear plastic broke on both sides black bra and 1 side of nude one. Is it age related ha ha!! as noticed other purchaser with same complaint was over 65. Await comments. Where am I going wrong? Is it worth trying another 1? 05 April 2013

Very disappointed Bought 2 of these bras (black and nude) last year and really loved them. The most comfortable I've ever worn. Sadly the insert in the nude one broke in half on one side after a few months. Playtex replaced it without a problem but the replacement broke again in the same place a few months on. Now the black one has now broken in the same place on both sides. Don't know if I'm a very strange shape which is causing this but I am very disappointed and will reluctantly have to go back to underwired bras again. 01 March 2013

Very disappointed! After reading all the hype in the fashion magazines I decided to invest in this new revolutionary bra, so bought it in black and nude. I am afraid they are going back as the bra is so uncomfortable I could not wait to get it off. Instead of wires you are held up by what I can only relate to as collar stiffeners on mens shirts. I was left with a long red mark. I did get the the bra fitted in store so I know it was not my mistake in getting the wrong size. 18 February 2013

Most comfortable supportive bra I have ever worn! Initially I thought I would miss the support from the under wire I am accustomed too, as a 36DD, but not at all. The contouring supports just where I require it and fabulously comfortable for a support bra. Comfort aside and being used to an underwire bra I had to get used to the side contour support first time I wore it, that soon passed. Providing a better shape, my clothes definitely look better. I was so delighted I visited John Lewis Newcastle store and purchased another colour. Hope they bring out more colours and designs as I intend to replace each bra I renew over the coming year exclusively with the Playtex Tonique. 02 January 2013

Best product yet I bought one of these new Playtex Tonique as I was so fed up with under wire bras they are so uncomfortable and I was desperate to find a comfortable bra Yiphee here it is. I am so happy with this bra I have bought one in all the colours they currently make and hope they are going to produce lots more colours I would love a red one. Thank goodness Playtex have come up with this comfortable stylish solution. All my other bras are now in the bin 19 November 2012

really good bra i have purchased quite recently balcony bras, after being given advice from a lingerie dept assistant that they were the best option for my size and shape, 42dd, i bought 3 different colours to cover every occasion, however on the first day i had to return home after two hours as the bra was so uncomfortable. so it was with some trepidtion that i decided to go to john lewis to look at the playtex tonique contour bra, which i had seen advertised in a magazine, the assistant was so very helpful, however the size i needed was not available so she said to try a 40e, which miraculaously fitted very well, its not underwired , but gives the impression of being, i bought a skintone and ordered a black to be collected the following week. i do not usually have underwire as i they are too uncomfortable, so i would like to report that to my suprise this bra is an excellent fit, doesnt rise up and stays put keeping everything where is should be without causing pain, the straps do not dig into my shoulders, which is great news, so all in all i am very happy with my purchases, and thank you to the assistant for being so helpful. 04 November 2012
