Q & As

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovely teapot for use with tea leaves Very pleased with the style of the teapot and the fact that it is bone china. Nice large opening for stirring the tea leaves with equally substantial teapot lid. It has the traditional china filter that prevents the tea leaves coming out through the spout. So many teapots today are only designed for teabags. A lovely teapot for those that like real tea leaves.. 05 June 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed We bought this teapot before Christmas and last week a crack appeared from underneath the spout all the way to the bottom of the handle. It is such a shame as the teapot is very attractive. Worse still we can't find the receipt! 27 March 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Cracked We have used this teapot very carefully, however a year later a large crack has appeared of about 4" length under the spout rendering it unusable. Would not buy again. Have had Worcester and Wedgewood teapots for years and unless I drop them they have remained intact. 18 October 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Handle cracked on first use - not the usual quality for this beautiful range :( I have collected the Queensberry Hunt range for a 12 person setting over the past two years and have been delighted with the products so far, however our latest and last edition - the teapot was a disappointment. Upon first use the teapot made a popping noise which turned out to be the handle cracking. We were lucky not to be scolded. I have to say that this is not typical of this beautiful range, we have been really pleased with the quality until now. 24 August 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Unused at present I will be returning the product to a store shortly to check if the small indentations in the glaze are the same in all the models. I like the shape of the teapot very much but have not even checked to see if it pours well - will hope to be in touch again with a positive comment. 21 June 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just what we wanted. We are very pleased with our teapot. It looks nice, pours well and is just the right size for our family. 21 March 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by A lovely teapot A simple and stylish teapot that holds plenty of tea. It is tough, holds the heat well and serves us very well. It isn't perfect, there is the occasional drip - but not much. I'm happy. 17 January 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good pourer I love this teapot, it brews a lovely cup of tea and pours well. 16 January 2012
