This versatile gas barbecue features 3 stainless steel burners, plus an additional side burner, and searing oven burner. The lid is made from stainless steel and is fitted with a thermometer. so you can ensure the cooking temperature's just right.

It has a porcelain enamel coated grill, a drip tray, side shelves for keeping your utensils to hand, and a storage cupboard. It is also fitted with castors for manoevrability. Includes fitted hose and regulator.

Gas barbecues are great for cooking meats, as they seal in the flavour and give all-over even results.

Entirely self-taught, celebrity chef Raymond Blanc has discreetly nurtured more than 20 Michelin-starred chefs in his kitchens. His celebrated Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire is one of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants.

Today he is one of the country's most respected chefs. Born in Besancon, the capital of the Franche Comté region in eastern France, between Burgundy and the Jura mountains. Raymond was inspired most of all by his mother, the formidable Maman Blanc who uses fresh, local and seasonal produce to produce meals for her family full of goodness and full of love.

In 1977 Raymond and his wife Jenny opened their first restaurant, Les Quat'Saisons in Oxford. They put together all their meagre savings and mortgaged their house to raise the cash. Les Quat'Saisons was an overnight success, winning him Egon Ronay Restaurant of the Year, prestigious Michelin stars and a host of other distinctions.

Renowned for its cookery school and also offering accommodation, The Sunday Times Food List (which selects Britain's top 100 restaurants) includes Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in the first five for 2011. Raymond regularly appears on national TV; including hosting his own series and published cookery books.
