Great pans, keep away from the dishwasher I've been using these pans for a number of years now and they are superb. It's especially useful that they have metal handles and not plastic ones, allowing you to transfer them directly from the hob to the oven. One word of warning though, keep them well away from the dishwasher, we started putting ours in the dishwasher and it trashed the hard anodized outsides in no time at all 20 February 2013

Look great at first, but after a few years... We bought a set of these a few years ago, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The coating on the outside has deteriorated so much that the area around the base of the pan walls is very rough, and the pans look awful. The inside of the 2 pans that we use the most (the two smallest) is no longer non-stick so any sauce that we make sticks to the base. We were told these would last a life-time - but they don't. We've used them as any average family would, making sauces, cooking vegetables, & we haven't used any metal utensils (only wood and plastic). Very disappointed. 21 September 2012

good quality product These pans are well constructed and easy to clean. They do heat up evenly and are so much better than my stainless steel pans. They even improve my cooking - well I think so, and it does need all the help it can get! I will be considering adding to my collection in the future. 15 August 2012

Flawed design I am surprised this pan has not had a poor review. Buying premium pans you expect not to have two design flaws. I didn't think when buying..The pans look great. 1> The lid handle gets very hot. It's made of solid metal so transmits heat. 2> When on a simmer ( even low) the lid design lets water (from steam) dribble over the outside of the pan and not back into the pan. Ends up with messy pans and stove. Again a simple design flaw. Next time I buy plans I will look closely at the design and not buy on looks. 16 July 2012

Excellent Product Very well made, solid pan set by Raymond Blanc. These pans are easy to clean, not to heavy but sturdy. I've also bought the saute, griddle and frying pan in this range, all of excellent quality also. 11 April 2012

one small drawback The pans are great - easy to clean, light to handle etc - with one disappointing reservation: the lid handles get really hot when in use. I assumed a quality product like this would not make me drop the lid and curse mildly when checking if my spuds were done. 22 February 2012

Really great, will look to buy the whole range! We decided to purchase some decent saucepans. We wanted to purchase a quality product at a resonable price whereby there was room to purchase a complete set (to actually build on the purchase). This range of products ticked all of our boxes. We have obviously tried the cheap and cheerful versions and there is not any comparison. They are easy to clean, food does not stick and we have been putting them directly in the dishwasher.
