Tao is an ancient Chinese philosophy based on harmony and union. The symbol of Yin and Yang is widely known. Two contrasting yet complementary forces: day and night, male and female, hard and soft, action and non action. Yin and Yang are always present in each other, which is the reason for the contrasting points in the halves of the Yin and Yang symbol. Nothing is totally black or white, good or bad.
