Couldn't eat without them. Very pleasant design and comfortable to use, especially if you do not use a knife like a pen. Steel could, with long term advantage, be more highly tempered to prevent rather rapid loss of the finished polish,e.g it is too soft and scratches too readily. My wife likes them, so that is all that matters. 23 November 2011
