Sage by Heston Blumenthal the Nutri Juicer Pro, Silver
Highly recommended: Definitely worth the money
Initially we wavered on which Sage juicer to buy but decided to take the risk by getting the most expensive model. We haven't been disappointed - the more powerful motor makes easy work of harder veg, it's a good-looking piece of kit and no larger than a bowl blender (I think it looks larger in the picture than it actually is). Yes, cleaning any juicer is a bit of a pain, but it is easier if you clean the parts properly in warm soapy water immediately after use with the cleaning brush included in the box. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is doing a juice diet or wants to make a really nice juice for cocktails.

The juicer is straightforward and simple to use; more importantly it is pretty simple to clean after use.
It isn't quiet but perhaps that oughtn't to be expected. The construction is robust and the juicer seems to be well made.
The first one we ordered arrived with a big scratch on the lid of it. JL were happy to take it back and replace it but had a complex and very slow method of return that needed quite some toing and froing until common sense prevailed.

Would not recommend
I recently bought this juicer but would not recommend. The design is really poor, it takes up too much counter space, is aesthetically unpleasant and makes too much of a mess. It takes 2 minutes to make juice and 15 minutes to clean up the mess - the juice gets over every part of the machine so every part has to be washed each time. Very disappointing product.

What a machine.....!
I don’t normally write reviews on items that I buy, however I was so impressed with this juicer I felt compelled to. My relationship with juicing all started after watching "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead", an excellent documentary by Joe Cross.
Looking at the models in the range they all look very similar but I wanted the model with all the bits so I could meet any juicing eventuality, so had to go for the Pro model as it comes with the soft fruit smoothie option.
When the box arrived I was a little unsure as it is not as big as you may think, however, I should not have been worried as it is a very impressive piece of kit. It is very solidly built with all the important parts being made from and nicely finished in stainless steel and the powerful 1500w motor is in cased in a very solid & weighty housing. To my relief it also came with the juice jug which is omitted from all the pictures I could find.
When juicing, the titanium plates together with the 5 variable speeds make short work of all the whole fruit and vegetables we put through it, quickly, easily and not being too loud.
When you have finished it all comes apart for quick & easy cleaning. All the unwanted piffle is collected in the bucket and being new to juicing was amazed at how dry it was. A handy hint I picked up from other reviews is to line the bucket with a large sandwich bag or small bin liner which makes disposal of the waste easy and does save on the washing up.
To sum up, this is an excellent machine and does exactly what is says on the tin; it also comes with a 2 year repair or replacement warranty plus a 5 year motor repair warranty.

Makes juicing fun, easy & ultra quick!
Ok, I confess I bought this on a 'whim' having seen it in action in the fantastic documentary by Joe Cross: "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead." However, it does an excellent job and is a very solid/robust looking piece of kit. This Pro model has full stainless steel body + titanium plates so definitely built to last. Similar quality and feel of a KitchenAid appliance. Not as big as you might imagine, but all parts come apart for easy & quick cleaning. The Pro model has 5 variable speeds & a heavyweight 1500w motor so it can easily handle whole fruits (apples, pears etc) as well as having an option for soft fruit smoothie making. All the unwanted piffle is collected in the bucket - one handy hint is to use a sandwich bag covering this (saves on extra washing up). Amazingly quick to operate, not too loud & bonus that it looks fantastic on my kitchen worktop! Much better than I expected. My 'whim' paid off!
