Sebo Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner, K3 Vulcano
Very pleased - recommended
We have had this vacuum for 5 months and are very pleased.
We have a mixture of pile and loop carpets and variously tiles, floorboards, some laminate and a rubber floor and this does the trick and is a vast improvement on our previous vacuum.
It's quite quite heavy.
The hose can be a bit ungainly.
The colour scheme is somehow not as bad in real life as in the photo, but nonetheless what were they thinking?
It gives out quite a lot of heat and part of the vacuum can be quite hot to touch after a period of use.
The rubber belt means that there's little risk of damaging furniture, skirting etc.
Having the (variable) power control on the handle is excellent: I had thought this would be superfluous, but am convinced otherwise.
It's fairly quiet (and can be very quiet if not used on full power and with the hard floor rather than turbo brush).
The turbo brush works well and is easily used on our stairs, so no need to invest in the separate stair turbo brush unless your stairs are very narrow.
The bags are very clean to change, and not too expensive.
The accessories all work well and are of a high quality. I use the brush fitting a lot for general dusting and the only thing I would say is that the vacuum sucks some of the bristles into the head, and they get clogged with dust - but this can be quickly resolved by vacuuming the bristles themselves.
The filtration seems to be excellent. So far after 3 full bags, the first removable filter shows no signs of dirt, so no perceptible dust is getting out of the bags. The second (final) removable filter, which comes after the motor, is already turning quite black on the 'upstream' wide, presumably because it is catching dust produced by wear in the motor itself.

Really pleased with this
I bought this hoover because I have had tiles laid throughout the entire ground floor of my house. I am very pleased with the hard floor cleaner head which has little wheels making it easier to glide across the tiles. I used the turbo cleaner head on my two daughters' bedroom carpets and promptly had massess of hair wound around the brush. It was quite laborious removing all the hair but I since read that I can remove the brush from the head to help with this - haven't tried that yet. At least I suppose it means that it has done a very good job in getting all the hair out of the carpet! Having two cleaner heads does mean that I need to find somewhere to store the other and have to carry it around separately. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this hoover.

So far it seems like a good vacuum cleaner. The only problem I have found with it is that it is a bit awkward to store. It would be ideal if it were more compact to store away.

Sebo cylinder vacuum cleaner K3 Volcano
Excellent cleaner. It is also small and light so easy to lift and store.
I have 2 cats and so wanted a cylinder vacuum with a turbo head as they
do pick up cat fur, etc. And this one does the job very well,

Great light weight cylinder vacuum
I am really pleased with my Sebo vacuum cleaner. It has space within the body of the cleaner to store the small nozzles. It cleans both vinyl and ceramic tiled floors beautifully. The only down side is having to find somewhere to store the additional vacuum heads. Storing the machine itself is fine as it is quite compact and the tube/hose can be propped upright against the machine and takes up no more space than an upright vacuum cleaner. The controls on the handle are really useful as it saves bending down to adjust the pressure or turn the machine on and off. Fairly expensive but worth every penny.

Sebo Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner, K3 Vulcano
This is an extremely efficient and well made vacuum cleaner. I particularly like the control buttons being located in the handle: very good if you have a bad back as it reduces the need to bend down when turning the machine on and off.
