simplehuman Wave Frame Dish Drainer, Grey
Lime scale in hard water areas
This is an extremely efficient and useful drainer.
A big drawback if you liv in a hard water area is the amount of scaling that collects on the grey plastic especially in the cutlery draining section and anywhere the water runs through. It leaves white deposits and is not easy to keep clean. The scaling does not collect on the metal parts which are ok.
I think if you live in a soft water area you would give it 5 stars.

As previous purchasers have commented, it's a bit of a beast! I bought it because the design looked good with the drainage spout, the knife holder and a finish that looks crockery friendly. It's doing well so far, but I haven't been using it for very long. I'm hoping it lives up to other reviewers' experiences.

Maybe it's a bit of a brown grey
Have bought bathroom utensils from human factor, and although expensive they have proven sturdy and look stylish. The same would appear to be the case for this dishrack, which we purchased for our grey kitchen. It's a well designed dishrack with capacity for the dishes etc from our family's sunday roast.
It seems easy to keep clean and the knife block is a nice idea. The only criticisms would be around the grey being a tad brown in shade and the fact that there are only 2 glass holders.

A bit expensive for what it is
I had high hopes for this dishrack having read lots of on-line reviews but although I am keeping it, I'm not convinced it is worth the money.
The materials are quite high quality and the rack for holding sharp knives and cutlery is a good size. The place for chopping boards works well too.
However, the space available to dry thing is significantly reduced by the fact that the cutlery drainer and the glass drainer need to go on the inside of the rack, not the outside (as shown on the photo) because otherwise they drain onto your worktop!
Also, our sink has a raised lip and I have had to prop up the drainer to get it to drain into the sink - there aren't any adjustable legs to adjust the tilt.
Otherwise, it seems easy to clean and sturdy, if not particularly beautiful!

A great spacemaker.
We've had this dishrack a few weeks now and are very happy with it. It has freed up our drainer by the sink for large items. The only way in which it could be improved would be to be in a more exciting colour than grey.

I always wanted one like this for my kitchen as it looks simple and functional. The only draw back I find is the water does not run off totally. A slight improvement in the design might help.

Nice, elegant and very functional
This dish rack is very well made like any simple human product, it has a lot of functionalities like the knife block, chopping board stand, removable cutlery basket,
Looks very elegant in my kitchen and compliments my interior and appliances perfectly
It is worth the money and should last for many years
Be aware that it s quite big but the good side is that it fits a lot of dishes and pots
