Q & As

Skipper Ride 'n' Roll, Ladybird 4.7 5 3 3
Well made and visually appealing for a child. This has been bought for an xmas present for an 11month old boy so I wanted something special to mark his first xmas and help him with his efforts to be independantly mobile! He has just mastered crawling and is on his way to walking unaided. After reading other reviews I plumped for this. Some of the reviews mentioned difficulty in assembling but I didnt find that so. The only thing I am concerned about is the size of the toy for age. The intended receipient is only 11months old but coming from a father who is 6ft 4 and a mother of 6ft he is quite tall and I am worried having now seen the toy assembled it looks a bit small for him. 16 December 2014
Great fun This was bought for my daughters 1st birthday. She'll be 3 in a couple of months and still loves it. To start with she used it as a walking aid (although the product info in the box says it's not to be used for try stopping a supported walker from using anything and everything as a walking aid!) and for ramming doors open with, then as her legs got longer graduated to sitting on it. She now loves leaping on it, spinning around crazily with her arms in the air and yelling " weee-hooo!!". It has survived being coated in nappy cream and thrown down the stairs several times. 29 October 2014
Charming excellent design I bought this delightful sit and ride ladybird for my granson on his first birthday. He loves to push it around the floor as well as sit on it while being pushed on it. He is getting a lot of pleasure out of it and I am sure he will continue to do so as he becomes a bit older and more able to proprel himself along unaided. He "talks" to the face of the ladybird, it is like a little companion for him! The bright colours and simplicity of the graphics and design of the product seem to be especially good at attracting the focus of young children. I would certainly recommend this toy to other grandparents as a lovely special gift. 12 November 2012
