Minimum order value 
When placing a business order for gift vouchers the total should be to the value of £1000 or higher. For any amount below this please phone 0871 384 5995. 

For all other orders, please note the minimum order value is £1000. 

Discounts
Discounts on gift vouchers are fixed; find out more. For merchandise, discounts are applied on an order by order basis to ensure best price, and we can discuss this with you when you place an order. Please contact SFB on 0845 603 7979 for a quote.

Delivery (excludes Gift vouchers)
Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £50 per addressee. Enhanced/Express delivery is available, depending on the products being ordered.

Standard delivery processes apply within our shipping postcodes, but we’re able to arrange flexible delivery options for bulk orders. We can also deliver to multiple recipients and include a gift message on your behalf.

Returns (merchandise only)
Please contact Customer Services on 08456 049 049 to arrange collections, replacements, and returns. If you paid for your order by bank transfer, we’ll send you a refund cheque. If you paid by credit card, your card will be refunded once the item has been returned.
