Q & As

Oregon Scientific FM Projection Alarm Clock, Black 4 5 1 1
Great bit of kit This works really well as a radio/beep alarm. It is useful to be able to see the time at night without twisting around and squinting at the clock face. What they don't tell you in the instructions is that you can turn the radio on by tapping the top front corners as the legs are actually buttons; keep tapping and you can set the snooze time between 0 and 120 minutes. Two niggles: the off button is awkward and small at the back: it would be great if that was, say, the back legs. And the plug jack tends to fall out as it is not a tight enough fit. It is also good looking: I have a white version. 18 December 2013
