Q & As

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 47 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stylish product This is kettle is a lovely shape, colour and style. But the bonus is that it feels robust, fits on the base firmly and it pours well without dribbling. I hope it lasts a long time! 19 May 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by very pleasing This is a very stylish kettle. It's easy to keep clean and boils quickly: a must when you're gasping for a cup of tea! 05 May 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good looking! I bought one of these in cream a few years ago now. It has worked well, although I do find it rather noisy. I paid more than I usually would have done for a kettle, but bought this because I liked the design and look of it. The only problem is the plastic measuring window has disintegrated on the inside, although the kettle is still usable, it doesn't leak. Everything else has stood up to wear and tear. I can't remember when it was purchased, I am still looking for the paperwork! 05 May 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Purchase I bought this kettle after reading the reviews on this site, and also on the Witch? site. I had been looking at both Kitchen Aid and Delonghi kettles too - but it was the Dualit that kept getting high marks everywhere. The kettle boils quickly, is nice and quiet & smacks of quality as you'd expect from this brand. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking at getting a new kettle. 19 April 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good looking & efficient kettle. I was surprised at the size of the kettle in that it was smaller than I thought, but didn't mind so much. How the kettle holds onto the base could be a bit firmer/stronger, but not enough for me to want to return it. When it's got water inside, it does hold better. Very quick to boil, and reasonably quiet - which is one of the reasons why I bought a new one. Lid is easy to open and close when re-filling. Would recommend - good little kettle. 16 April 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Dualit English Heritage Jug Kettle Have used many different makes and kinds of kettles over the last 50 years, so far this one is the best I have found. It is easy to handle, the markings on the side are very clear to read and it heats up quickly. It is more expensive than most kettles but I believe the superior quality of the kettle will justify the cost. 01 April 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Jug kettle I bought this kettle a month ago and it is really good. It's very stylish and looks the part in the kitchen, Spent a bit more than I wanted to but worth every penny. The lid is quite stiff but hopefully with constantly opening it, it won't slacken off. First class 10 March 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by kettle still going after seven years Had this kettle 7 years as wedding present its just started to fall apart now on filter inside but still working, worth the money and good quality, I also have four slice toaster to match and again had no issues still going strong. I do maintain my kettlle wiping with white vinegar to get the hard water off and also de scaling, works as well as a shop purchased de scaler and then I boil afterwards, you can also dilute the vinegar if it's not that clogged with lime scale...basically if you look after the kettle it's lasts a long time 04 March 2015
