Ten out of ten Bought Tao Peking Wok as a Christmas present, the store in Norwich did not have one in stock but the staff ordered men one to collect from the store later. Could not fault the staff in the store or the young lady at the collection point. Other stores should take note of what good customer service is. 13 January 2013
