Q & As

Tempur Cloud Pillow 4.5 5 42 42
Comfortable pillow good support Doctor recommended using a Tempur pillow. I chose a Cloud one as not too rigid. John Lewis are reasonable priced and excellent delivery. Pillow very comfortable and helped the problems with my neck. Only drawback is, it is heavy if you want to take it away on holiday . 11 June 2014
Sheer bliss No more painful nights. This pillows cradles my neck whilst I sleep so that in the morning I wake up pain free. Pricey but so worth it. 03 June 2014
Beware the pillowcase After waking up one morning with a painful neck which needed physiotherapy. My therapist recommended this pillow. I tried the two types of firmness in store and choose the softer one. I took it home and put it in an M&S pillowcase. It was like sleeping on a rock not a cloud and after an hour I changed back to my old one. Convinced I had the firmer one by mistake I lay on it without the pillowcase. It was like it was in the store. I put it in a John Lewis pillowcase and problem solved. There wasn't enough room in the smaller pillowcase for it to expand. 15 May 2014
tempur cloud pillow i'd been looking for a new pillow for ages.when i'd buy a new one they'd be ok for a few weeks then i'd feel back to square one. with my new pillow i'm sleeping better and i don't have headaches when i get up in the morning.they are expensive but we do spend a lot of time in bed 13 May 2014
Not so soft Cloud Pillow Appeared to be soft enough in the shop, but found to be too firm at night and gave a stiff neck. Maybe just the wrong shape of neck for this! 30 April 2014
A great investment I had looked at a huge range of support pillows before deciding on this one. It is expensive but I am delighted that I went for it. It does take a few days to adjust to it but it's worth persisting, as I now find that I'm sleeping much better than before and feel less tension in my neck and shoulder areas. I was slightly concerned that it might be too warm but it's no different to using an ordinary pillow and much more comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this pillow. 16 April 2014
What a difference! I put off and put off this purchase, when I finally went for it I couldn't believe what I had been missing, First impressions you think it's going to be too hard, it's certainly heavy (not for pillow fighting, you'd knock someone out!). It moulds nicely to the shape of your head. I used to sleep with 2 pillows which would be scrunged up into all shapes, I use to invariable wake up with neck ache. This is all in the past now. Despite being expensive after 2 weeks use I reckon it's paid for itself already in terms of quality sleep. The wife reckons I snore less too! 08 April 2014
Worth the money! Quality product. My husband wasn't happy with his pillow, so the search for the perfect one started...we bought about three (ranging from 'not good' to 'OKish') before finally choosing the cloud pillow. Very supportive and doesn't go flat. Sometimes it's best to spend a little extra. 25 February 2014
