Customer Satisfaction With TP226 Genius Octagonal SS Trampoline
I purchased this item for my two youngest grandchildren and they absolutely love it. It was delivered exactly as I was told it would be by two very nice Gentlemen. I got the job of assembling it which was relatively easy as long as you followed the instructions given. A bit pricey I felt but I wanted the safest I could find and I feel this was it. There was some mention in the promotional sales material about a tunnel but I have not been able to locate it anywhere and there are no bits left over. All in All very satisfied. PS great help if you have someone else to lend a hand.

trampoline and aftersales
Got this for my 6 year old.perfect size and safety wise much superior to others i have seen. There was a slight problem where the surround kept coming apart but after a phone call to john lewis 2 members of staff came right down the following day.Janis and David went out there way to correct it which so far has worked . More expensive than most but for peace of mind worth it and the customes service and after sales service is EXCELLENT. Thank you Janis and David.

This trampoline has put the bounce into our garden. We constructed it fairly easily although took our time to make sure we got it right. I had the first bounce (to make sure it was safe!). It copes well with our garden which has a slight slope & is stable & adjusted to the uneven ground without a problem. Its a great size, I am comfortable with the safety features & its put a smile on lots of faces already.

Well designed and robust trampoline
Arrived very quickly and was easily put together with 2 people in under one hour. After thorough research, I chose this trampoline for my toddler with the peace of mind that the springs are well hidden.
A very good design that is nice to look at and is strong enough to withstand a couple of children on at once. As it is only 8ft I would advise older children to go on individually but I do go on this with my toddler (obviously with care).
If I had more or older children I probably would have opted for the 10ft or 12ft version of this design.
After several months use and lots of bad weather, it certainly appears to be withstanding the test of time. The outside netting does not sag like other cheaper versions made by other manufacturers.
My toddler is always falling against the sides and I am reassured that she will not come to any harm, unlike my fear whilst watching her on other people's trampolines - where despite being brand new the sides sag!
Fantastic trampoline and would highly recommend!

Useful pockets on the side.
Fits well in a small garden.

Bought as a birthday present for our three year old twins, they love it! It is big enough for them both to play on at the same time without crashing and they love climbing up the ladder and zipping themselves in. As they get older and bigger I am sure they would be better on one at a time. All in all, a great product!

This is definately the best tranpoline around. Friends of ours had bought one earlier this year for their daughters and when we saw it we decided it was the one for us. Our neighbours have a trampoline which is a couple of years old now, the surround netting is all torn and it looks really unsafe.
This trampoline looks and feels so sturdy and totally safe - our little ones love playing on it, and we can totally relax about it.
