Excellent for Eczema Having gone through every sun lotion/cream mentionable, finally we seem to have found a one 'Ultrasun Gel SPF20' that doesn't seem to aggrevate my 9 year old's eczema. After years of seeing my daughter scream with pain every time we tried to apply sun lotion #progressively getting worse as the holiday went on and her skin dried out more and more#, an aquaintance mentioned 'Ultrasun' - which at the time was only available on aeroplanes. To our relief, this gel did the trick - sinks in easily and doesn't seem to cause irritation. This will be the 3rd year we have been using Ultrasun! 13 May 2012
Effective, but unpleasant to apply After many years of happily using the Ultrasun cream I bought the Sports gel. It is non-greasy and quickly applied, and gives effective all-day protection, as claimed. However, I have found that I dislike using it because of its medicinal smell and feel. Putting it on is like rubbing your skin with surgical spirit. I will be going back to the cream (now called sensitive skin formula). Even though it takes a little longer to apply and to be absorbed, putting it on is a pleasurable experience. I particularly like the 'wheaty' smell as youy apply it. 21 January 2012

This product is water resistant. This a once a day application. The clear gel formula, is particularly popular with males and ideal for all sports enthusiasts. It is free of oils, emulsifiers, fragrances and preservatives. It is easy to apply, non greasy and allows a tan to develop whilst protecting you from burning. 11 July 2011
